DISASSEMBLY AND INSPECTION
A crucial step that will determine the condition of your equipment.
Using official manufacturer manuals, our technicians carefully examine and identify the parts to be replaced.
Cleaning
Continuing on, cleaning the parts is necessary to give the inverter a second life just before reassembly.
REASSEMBLY
The reassembly of the inverter with new parts, following all manufacturer-recommended settings, is performed.
BENCH TESTING
An important step! It allows us to validate our intervention using the HYDAC 4000 system, which provides us with various pressure/temperature and RPM data to compare with the manufacturer's specifications.
Checking the inverter's seal is also necessary.
Painting
This is the "PIMP MY RIDE" side of our intervention. Inverters are painted according to your choice or the original color.
ACCESSORY TREATMENT (COUPLING, HEAT EXCHANGER, AND FLEXIBLES)
The good condition of your accessories ensures the success of our intervention. It is recommended to send them to us for inspection.
Heat exchanger
Ensuring proper cooling of the inverter, it is pressurized to check for leaks.
Coupling
It serves as a vibration damper between your engine and your inverter. A visual inspection and a check of the manufacturing date are carried out.
Note: A coupling is generally usable for up to 10 years
